We apologize for trying to help you with your move, Paula's movers had abandoned her when she told them she didn't have the funds to pay them and asked me if I can do the move for her and if she could pay in a few weeks when she could afford it. We never had problems with clients before as you can see from previous reviews so we figured why not help the elderly in the community, we said no problem pay when you are comfortable. Obviously if we didn't have confidence in our movers I would not have waited for payment and would've requested it right away. As you can see from pictures provided by the client, the damages to the furniture and frame are clearly old damages. Fresh damages will show fresh wood. As for the box spring, she watched the crew take it to the truck and told them that goes in the lawn for her sister to pick up. She later stated that she thought it was the mattress and it was our fault for not arguing with her and telling her that the box spring had to go into the house. We apologize that we listen to what our clients as us to do and if they ask us to leave it on the curb that's what we do. As for the shredder you claimed we broke, since I did no see it, I offered you a discount on the bill to pay for the shredder, but in the end you refused to pay any of the bill. I understand that times are rough now and you couldn't afford the move and from what your previous movers stated, you just do not want to pay and that's why they did not do your move.
