Sam is serious. Seriously qualified as a mechanical engineering. Serious about the quality and prescion of his work. Serious about doing things the right way one time the first time. Ive had poor workmanship too many times in the past. He didnt put down the other work, he just let me know what was wrong and how he could fix it. He has serious integrity as I over paid him by accident and he immediately let me know and returned the over payment. In a world of so many unprofessional contractors and handymen, Sam stands head and shoulders above them. He shows up when he say he will and is punctual and hard working. His quotes are precise and dont drag on and take way more time than quoted. I am very particular about the finished product and he was happy to come back and tweak things to my satisfaction. He did not double charge me for the things I was fussy about. He is not the cheapest quote you will receive but he is seriously worth every penny.
