We just moved into a new house. The metal-framed glass door in the shower had shifted over the years, making it really hard for me (I have a fractured left arm) to open and close the door which was basically stuck.
The guy from GlassNinja fixed the door in 10 minutes. Which means that when we replace the shower tiles, shower head, etc. next spring, we will definitely be asking GlassNinja to come back and do the door for $1500-$2000.
I am so impressed by this company. They responded fast, booked fast and behaved ethically. I love GlassNinja.

My old shower was the framed-glass style walls and door popular in the 1980's. Glass Ninja made it very easy to replace this with frameless glass that looks great! It looks like I spent $10,000, not the very reasonable $2,000 it cost. I contacted 6 companies that specialize in glass installations. Glass Ninja was the quickest to respond at every stage - calling back, coming and providing a quote and promised installation timing. And they were the cheapest! Most quotes were 50-100% higher. The installers really care about doing a good job. They cared about the details. For example, one pane of glass was slightly too - I wouldn't have noticed the problem. They decided - at their expense - to get another pane and make a second trip to install it. They were also good about the process. Always on time. Always providing updates without being asked. Glass Ninja is a rare treat in the sea of service companies. Consider yourself lucky if you stumble upon them. I do.

Our glass shower wall was installed 30 years ago and it was starting to move and appear unsafe. The two gentlemen from Glass Ninja arrived on time, removed their shoes before entering and examined the issue. They assured us that even though it moved a bit, it was safe, but if we still wanted them to reinforce it, they would. They even gave us instructions on how we could do it ourselves. We decided instead to leave it to the pros. They did a terrific job, cleaned up after themselves and were generally really a pleasure to deal with. I wish all companies were like this one!

These guys were fabulous! The door look great and works perfectly. But moreover, they were a treat to work with... responsive, punctual, polite, and problem-solvers who went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was not their fault. I will definitely work with this company again.

We had a one of a kind requirement for the glass shower door as it also involved a section of permanent glass on a pony wall. The measurements taken by Vlad were spot on. The installers were very service oriented and stated that they enjoyed the challenge of the installation. We have received numerous complements on the final result. A great experience!

We hired Glass Ninja to help find a glass door solution for our small Toronto shower. From they beginning they were very professional and we were very satisfied with the process and the end product. A custom door may not necessarily be easy as through out the process there is some problem solving that has to be done but we were really pleased with Vlad and especially the great installation work done by Ulyses. The professionalism and genuineness were appreciated. They were super willing to make the necessary tweaks and adjustments to make sure we were happy with the end result and I think the end product really is a nice touch in our home.
