Very impressed with technicians Abed and Jemeal who did a thorough job and were friendly and professional. My experience has been that the GM, Adel Majd, is involved at every touch point from booking inquiries to satisfactory completion of the job. Adel even graciously accepted a minor suggestion from me and will be implementing it in the company's procedures going forward. Kudos to Adel and his team for being leaders in their industry and client service.
