We hired Dekorum to renovate two bathrooms and re-insulate a part of our home that was too cold.

The insulation project went fast. The team showed up every day and worked long hard hours to get the job done on time and on budget. Communication through the process was excellent and small surprises that came up were handled well. I had provided a spec of how I wanted the portion insulated and they went beyond my spec - I'm a happy camper with a warm home.

For the bathroom renovations, we truly saw their character. They worked with quality trades (plumbing, tiles, electrical and custom glass) and took their time to do things right. They checked on the work done by their trades and managed quality control without our intervention. When we had a major problem (cracked installed tub), they worked with us to figure out a plan to get the situation resolved amicably.

We had every window in our new home replaced with Dekorum. We were very happy with the final result. Every step was easy, our salesman was great to deal with, and the price was the best of all companies we’d had quotes from. The whole house has transformed by updating the front entrance, powder room and changing the kitchen. The team is well connected, and they only work with quality tradespeople, resulting in quality work throughout. The timeline was not met but this part of the house was from the 70’s so we came upon some unexpected surprises. Genady was able to get the appropriate trades within 2 days to pour a concrete floor and fix the ceiling (we extend the height as well). The window opens the whole room with light and the kitchen has a style that will always be relevant. Great quality and price, also the work site was left clean every day. Thanks to all of you not only do we love the results we feel that it was a great investment. Sure we’ll see you again.

Thomas, Gena and crew did a phenomenal job on my basement reno (200 amp upgrade/ structural enhancements/ finishing a 2 bedroom apartment ). The quality of work was top notch and their work ethic was seen every day with them leaving the job site debris free! They took pride in their work and had great customer service.

Not only were they on time, in scope and provided constructive design solutions when things needed to be adjusted, they came back to fix some deficits after their final payment.

I was very pleased with this team that I had them start a second project building a new 1.5 car garage. I couldn't be happier with the projects.
