After calling a bunch of companies in an attempt to figure out how to get our load bearing walls removed, I was happy to find Holden. He was patient and detailed with answering the many questions we had. His knowledge and experience with the permit process was very valuable to our renovation project. LARCON provided an all-in-one solution. They brought in the engineers to come up with a plan, got the plan approved with the city, got the work done with precision and were also on site to ensure the city inspector was satisfied with the work done. We had renovated washrooms on the top floor just before starting our wall removal project and were very concerned about damage to the new washrooms caused by movement of the floor joists. Holden's team tries very hard to keep house movement to an absolute minimum. They were true to their words - movement was "within 1mm" and no damage was caused to the top floor washrooms. Very happy with the work done. I highly recommend LARCON for load bearing wall removal projects.

We had previously hired Craig to remove a tree that had fallen on our home. Because of the excellent experience working with him them, we hired him again to remove a tree from our backyard and a giant branch that was overhanging the house. The branch overhanging the house was difficult to remove. Craig brought a team to help bring the branch down in many small pieces and as a result, there was not even a scratch to the house in the process. I was impressed at the care taken to ensure there would be no damage. CB Tree are honest and hard working. Highly recommended.

We needed significant heat and cold air duct re-routing as part of our renovations. Moe and his team take pride in the work they do. Their recommendations for our re-routing efforts were excellent. They also provided a solution for under cabinet kitchen venting which the kitchen cabinet company appreciated. The work was done with care and precision. Every seam was sealed and the job site cleaned up at the end. Since HVAC was one of the first trades on site, it was critical to get the work done fast and on time. On the first meeting (before renos started), Moe promised us a timeline. Once we were able to get started (after demolition), his team put a plan together and got us squeezed into their already busy schedule. The team worked crazy hours and delivered on their promises - as a result, our renovations moved forward on schedule at a very critical time. Integrity and great workmanship. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. They truly want to do a good job. We hired Dekorum to renovate two bathrooms and re-insulate a part of our home that was too cold. The insulation project went fast. The team showed up every day and worked long hard hours to get the job done on time and on budget. Communication through the process was excellent and small surprises that came up were handled well. I had provided a spec of how I wanted the portion insulated and they went beyond my spec - I'm a happy camper with a warm home. For the bathroom renovations, we truly saw their character. They worked with quality trades (plumbing, tiles, electrical and custom glass) and took their time to do things right. They checked on the work done by their trades and managed quality control without our intervention. When we had a major problem (cracked installed tub), they worked with us to figure out a plan to get the situation resolved amicably. We have plans for a major home renovations and know we can trust Tomas and his team to get the job done right.

I hired Tom to replace the roof on my home 6 years ago. He uses high quality materials (GAF) and his team did an excellent job of installing it on a hot day. I recently had a tree fall on my roof during a heavy storm and called Tom to re-shingle one side of my garage. Even though it was a very busy period (the storm caused lots of roof damage in the area), he kept his word and was able to squeeze my job into his schedule. My roof looks brand new again. Very happy with the end result.

Todd patiently walked through the options and answered all my questions. Of the multiple quotes that I had received, I felt most confident in Button's Heating and gave them the go ahead to install a new Furnace, A/C and Water Heater. A team of 4 techs came by a few days later and spent the day on the task. I'm very happy with the result - quality work, quality service. I've since had them come by to connect a gas dryer and for maintenance of the new equipment. Highly recommended!

We had a big spruce fall on our garage roof and cover the entrance to our home. Craig was over the next morning to give me an estimate and immediately cleared out a path to the front door. Although it was a very busy time with lots of trees down in the city, he communicated well and removed the tree in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I plan on hiring CB Tree again to help with additional tree removal work in my backyard.
