Ovation

Canadian Appliance, amongst other retailers, consigns Ovation to deliver and install your appliances. Ovation delivered and installed our new HE washing machine; they were abominable. Two willing men, rushed by their minimum wage and lack of proper training and lacking care for detail, installed our new HE washing machines drain pipe inappropriately and, on our first wash, it snapped and flooded the basement. Shame on Canadian Appliance for consigning such poor service. Fortunately, I kept our old sturdy drain pipe installed by good old Sears and was able to remedy the problem. Do not accept flimsy drain pipes on new HE washing machines, they cannot withstand the pressure.
