In the world of hugely shady appliance repair, I found Yevhen to be a breath of fresh air with his honesty, reliability and punctuality, not to mention his obvious very high level of competency.
He always showed up exactly when he said he was and was completely honest about what was wrong with the units (he looked at a couple of ours) I am very adept at fixing my own devices and am mechanically inclined, so it's a bit harder to pull the wool over my eyes as I check the costs of the parts and have a very good idea the amount of labour involved. Previous repair people I have had by the house were inflating the cost of parts, whether they were actually needed of not, sometimes as much as a 500% markup. I have no problem with someone making money from me as long as they are fair. Yevhen is more than fair and again I found his complete honesty and transparency very refreshing. He actually got me the parts at his cost (I double checked). I rate him 10/10 and so far the best service technician I have ever come across.
