Our washing machine had a mystery problem. I called, Yevhen answered, service date confirmed in 10 minutes, he called ahead, arrived on time, and sorted the problem in 10 minutes - it was a structural Ghost, the worst kind. He then gave me proffessional advice on what to do next, advice that was not necessarlily going to make him money. A service call doesn't get better than that.
Arthur Koestler would be proud.
