Yevhen is the utmost professional. This is the second time he has helped me troubleshoot a kitchen appliance. Today, it was my 10 year old GE fridge - the fridge portion was not cooling but the freezer still worked. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem to be the fan not functioning. Due to the part being unavailable online, he offered to install a compatible GE fan, which he had with him. Before leaving, he tested the fan and found the air was not rising to the top of the fridge. So he even replaced the blades to ensure they were rotating the correct way.
