In terms of repairmen, Yevhen is definitely an All Star. He responded very quickly to my request for service to my increasingly noisy washer. Unfortunately, after a thorough examination, his diagnosis was that while it probably could be repaired, it would cost nearly as much to repair as to replace. We really appreciated his total honesty, and his tips on how to disconnect it prior to replacement. He’s by far the best appliance repairman we’ve ever encountered.
