My bathroom was long overdue for a deep cleaning, but Kaayla did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, following all the COVID safety guidelines, she left everything looking like new (even the shower heads), and in the end she also gave me useful cleaning tips to make my routine easier.

Kaayla was wonderful. She worked very hard and stayed until the job was completed. Our shower stall looks sparkling clean. She removed mould and dirt to our complete satisfaction and explained everything she was doing. Not only is she a professional at her job, but she is an extremely nice and trustworthy person. We would definitely recommend her.

The caulking in our marble and tile shower had gone horribly moldy since we bought our house. We replaced the caulking one ourselves, but the mold quickly returned, and we decided to call in a professional.

Kaayla was everything she is advertised to be. She worked from all day doing a deep clean of the shower, window and glass surround from top to bottom, steam cleaning the grout, removing the old caulk, disinfecting and drying the surfaces behind the old caulk, and finally reinstalling the new caulk in neat, straight lines. Aside from some calcification on the marble that would need to be honed out by a marble restoration company, it looks like a new shower. Kaayla also took the time to talk to us about cleaning and maintenance procedures to keep the caulk looking its best for as long as possible.

We bought a new home and the master bed room en-suite shower needed a really good deep clean and re-caulking. Grout was stained and the caulking was black with mold in a few places. Our shower has intricate tile work with built-in niches. We hired Axia because of all the strong reviews and we were well rewarded for this choice ! Kaayla is a top professional and extremely diligent. Our shower now sparkles like new and her caulking work was top notch. I would highly recommend Axia and will use her again when the time comes for the other showers in our home.

Kaayla is a true professional at what she does. Our walk-in shower started showing signs of mold a couple of years ago. We ended up hiring a company with a cheaper quote to come in and it was an absolute disaster. Kaayla came yesterday and undid all of awful work the previous company left. She spent around 6 hours removing all of the old caulking from the floor tiles, wall tiles and glass and removing/treating all the mold prior to applying new caulking. Now our shower looks brand new!!

My lesson is that you get what you pay for. Kaayla may not be the cheapest but she puts pride in her work and the end result speaks for itself. I definitely will be calling Axia in the future if I ever need to get my shower re-caulked again.

The mold and grime in our shower was beyond regular cleaning. Kaayla came in, worked diligently and what a transformation! I was really impressed with Kaayla's work. She made my shower bright and beautiful again! My bathroom has marble flooring, which extends into the walk-in rain shower, and marble tile along two side walls and the ceiling of the shower. There is a glass wall along one side and a partial glass wall on another. The grout and caulking were in bad shape. Kaayla cleaned and restored the grout, replaced caulking, gave the entire shower space and all the flooring a deep clean, and sealed the tile. I could not stop looking at the shower when she was done, it was all so beautiful and bright again! She also replaced caulking around two other bathroom vanities and around all of the kitchen counters. All this in one day! She was professional and courteous, performed extra services, and gave me tips for maintenance. This review is overdue because she did the work in the Spring 2021 - it's several months later and I still marvel over my bright shower and clean white caulk lines in the bathrooms and kitchen!

Kaayla arrived as scheduled and spent the whole day steam-cleaning and re-caulking our tub and shower. She was meticulous, careful, and spent a lot of extra time scrubbing our 4 grab bars. Before leaving, she gave us some cleaning tips to help keep our tiles and grout free of mould and soap scum. We were very impressed. She takes pride in her work and does a great job.

So happy with the results! We had our first floor + powder room tiles cleaned and grout re-coloured and it looks like night and day. So much dirt was lifted and the new colour looks clean and modern.
Kaayla spend 3 x 8+ hour days working very hard and is very dedicated to achieving perfection in her work. You won't be disappointed if you need your floors cleaned, grout cleaned/re-coloured or need an old mangy shower brought back to sparkling condition. Thanks again Kaayla!
