I couldn't be happier with the service Kathy and the good people at Toro provided to my family. My attempts to hire a roofer for a small job at my townhouse was terrible, as I experienced broken promises, outrageous quotes, no-shows, and non-responses. That ended the minute I tried Toro. I received a prompt answer to my request for a quote and after that any questions also got a fast response. Rob and his partner arrived on time to provide a quote, and were able to effect repairs immediately. They were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. We cannot thank Jason, Kathy and the entire team at Toro Roofing enough for the exceptional job they have done for us! We were under a serious time crunch to get our roof done since we noticed some water spotting in one of our bedroom’s ceiling, all the while trying to get our house listed. They truly went the extra mile to get our roof done as quickly as possible, within a week it was done! We are extremely grateful and even more satisfied with the work they have done!

We replaced our peak roof shingles. Jason and his team were very responsive and professional. Our neighbour's downspout got damaged in the process unfortunately but Jason had it replaced right away. We're very pleased and would happily recommend the company.

I contacted Jiffy on the weekend to repair siding on my home. Initially they scheduled a Contractor for a week later. On Monday Toro reviewed the damage and made a temporary repair to keep people safe. On Friday they made the final long-term repair. I highly recommend them and will be asking for them to shingle my roof in the near future.

Toro Roofing was the only company that estimated the remaining lifespan of my roof and offered to repair the capping. All other companies tried to sell me a new roof when I had 3 to 5 years left with some minor repairs. Jason and the Toro Roofing team are honest, prompt and deliver a quality product.
