Demetri performed the install of an Aprilaire 600 and I couldn’t be happier. Arrived in the time frame scheduled, and was professional and very pleasant to talk to. He did a great job and walked me through the operation of the humidifier. He even fixed a drainage issue for my AC evaporator drain line at no extra cost. He goes above and beyond and I would happily deal with him and HVAC Outsource again in the future. Highly recommended!!!
