This recent repair was for our upper dishwasher rack that was completely stuck. We had used Rundle Appliance previously to repair our washing machine. Both times, the Rundle Appliance Service technicians were clean, courteous, protected the work area, and did an excellent repair job for the exact price quoted. With the dishwasher, the technician came out the next day, checked everything to make sure the dishwasher rack functioned well post-repair, and even did a small extra repair that was preventing the top rack from performing perfectly.
