Simon and his crew came in and restored our backyard. They redid the sod, removed an old patio, and poured a new one. Our backyard was never used because it was a muddy, weedy, mess with nowhere to host. We now have a beautiful backyard, with a large patio that we can enjoy this summer.

Simon and his crew were great. They were kind, respectful, and professional. We are very happy with our new backyard.

We worked with Simon and his team in 2016. He recently reached out to me to check in on us and our backyard. In light of his diligence I'm writing a review.

To say the least we had a bit of a challenging situation in our yard with water and drainage issues, so I was worried we would have a hard time with our builder and the challenges they might face. S immediately identified our problem with some trouble shooting and plot plan review.

During our build we felt as if all of our concerns were met with a willingness and drive to resolve. We even added an autocover after our pool was built and Simon did not bat an eye at the added work. I am so very satisfied and would recommend this guy to anyone with a unique challenge other builders might shy away from.
