Alan's customer service was top notch until you give him your money then his post customer service is non existence. During construction i found him deceiving me about a lot of things, he always tell you a time frame of when his guys will be at the job site to start the job but theyre never there. After i paid him i found out there were issues with my HVAC system that he installed. I know this because all the vents that he had replaced didnt have good airflow but the ones he didnt touch from the previous construction were all working completely fine. They all run from the same ventilation and the same system. He kept promising me he will send his guys to fix the problem, he even gave me dates but his guys never show up. I have called him numerous times and he either says hes in a meeting and will call me back or he just doesnt answer his phone. He never calls back. I wouldnt refer this contractor to my worst enemies but if you are in the process of doing some work with him, make sure you hold thousands of dollars for at least a year until you have thoroughly inspected the project and make sure everything works before releasing the remainder of the funds.

Alan and his crew promise everything but deliver slowly, create a big mess as they go and are unreliable.
I believe Alan has taken on too many jobs so all customers get poor service, delayed start dates and poor finishes.
My kitchen, started over a year ago is still not finished.
On the + side, he has great ideas, has reasonable costs, and his guys work very hard and long hours.
