It was simply a pleasure to deal with Lakeram. He arrived on time to complete our quote for our porch railing installation, brought sufficient samples with him so we could make an informed decision (we were a little indecisive between going with a 2” or 3” post), and the work started when he said it would.
We weren’t home when the install occurred, but the installers (given the installation results and how clean the work area was afterwards) were very meticulous.
