ONC did a great job installing our new garage doors. From John’s initial visit up until he completed the job he was professional and provided regular updates on the timing of the project. His service was quick and priced fairly. He did a great job installing our doors despite some minor unforeseen challenges and even fixed an issue with our garage door opener at no extra charge. I would not hesitate to use John again for any garage door needs and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new door or repair of existing door.

One of the garage door cables broke on Sat morning. I found ONC through HomeStars and contacted them to get it repaired. John quoted me a price over the phone and luckily, he had an opening in the afternoon. He came on time and replaced the broken cable and also the other side as it is advisable to get both replaced at the same time, because my cables were quite old. While he was there, I also got the bottom rubber strip of the door replaced as it was coming off. He also lubricated all hinges did some minor adjustments to make sure the door was running on the railings smoothly.

John is professional and I would recommend them for any garage door repair work.

Excellent rapid service on my door Liftmaster Garage door opener. John H quickly determined the problem and replaced the gear/sprocket on the motor during sub zero weather. Very happy with the timely and professional service. John also did a tune up and included a 2 year pats labor waranty.

This is the first time we have ever used O.N.C Doors and John showed up during the time frame provided which was the first plus! He installed new garage door springs and programmed a new universal car remote for us. We called them back the next day to look at something we didn't think was right, John returned, analyzed the situation and reassured us and didn't charge us the service call we were told we could potentially be charged for. The type of service John provided us is not the type of service I feel people provide anymore. John was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend O.N.C Doors to anyone.

John the Owner of ONC doors went above and beyond to help me with installing a new garage door opener. Not only was it quick and convenient to book an appointment, John was on schedule and performed the work in a timely manner. He setup the wifi, door sensors, camera and all other goodies that came with the opener. You get what you pay for. Amazing service, Steven was an amazing tech. Professional and honest. Its hard to find honest companies these days. I was very pleased with their services, and glad to give business to a Canadian company.

My garage door would not close as it would stop 1/4 of the walk and then go back up it which I would have to close it manually. I called John and he scheduled me in and came out and finished under 45mins. The garage door works fine and told us about future recommendations for when we will require a new opener as the current one will require replacing in a year. I'm glad I used them, they were fast, explained the issue and great to deal with.
