John came at the scheduled time, and was thorough in his explanation of what work needed to be done, and why the door failed in the first place. He then performed the agreed upon work in a very timely manner, and there were no surprise costs. Definitely a pleasant experience.

ONC doors certainly went above and beyond with their services. I was impressed with the transparency of the service agent as they made sure to eliminate all possibilities before proceeding with fixing the real issue. For example as simple as making sure the opener was plugged into power. I was assured I contacted the right company especially as I was educated on how everything works in case I have trouble next time. On time service, very educational and a great experience overall. Was referred to ONC by a friend. So I was already feeling comfortable with them. Their quote was slightly under my other two quotes, so that was a bonus! After discussing some options, I gave them a deposit and they explained that the doors I wanted would take a few weeks to arrive.
