We assumed it was our garage door springs that had broken, and we needed the problem fixed right away as the door wouldn't fully close. ONC provided same day service and the technician had the problem quickly repaired. We appreciated his honesty, as he said the springs were fine and we just needed to replace the cables. We were very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend ONC to others.

Pretty good service and quick turn around time by ONC. Competitively placed on cost when compared to other service provider for similar kind of work.

After 4 years our ONC garage door was closing a little too easily so I called to book a service person to come out and adjust the springs. I was quoted the price for a 'tune up' and an appointment was booked for the very next week. The technician who came was polite, knowledgable and friendly and was finished in under half an hour. I am very pleased with ONC Garage product and service.

The two installers were great and they installed the garage door opener we purchased in just over an hour. They explained how it works very well and there was mess to clean up. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

John did really an excellent job replacing the 2 torsion springs of my garage door roll up. What I really appreciated is his attention to small details, he noticed that a wooden frame supporting the springs were a bit wobbly. He noticed that some screw/ nails were put in wrong spot and some not deep enough to hold the said wood . He had to re- enforce with several long screws to make the frame strudy. If not for that , it would have been a disastrous event just waiting to happen, just imagine the whole spring assembly flying all over the garage possibly damaging my car. Im so grateful for John's excellent work. He's worth referring to my friends. Thank you very much John.

What seemed like a simple installation of a garage door opener became rather more complex with repairs to the 45 year old wooden door, new wiring & outlet (separate hiring of an electrician), and reinforcing the roof beams. Work was all done professionally and in good time. (Mural on the garage door was a separate project, not included in the price.)

I called ONC Garage Door Service this morning to arrange to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my garage door, and they were able to send out a technician within 2 hours of my call!

I received two text messages from ONC Garage Door Service, the first was an appointment confirmation and the second was to say the technician (John) was on his way and would be here within about 40 minutes.

John arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He recommended that I have both springs replaced since they have a limited service life (8-10 years). Mine were about 15 years old so I had him replace both as he recommended. He was able to get both springs replaced in about 90 minutes and tested the garage door operation several times to make sure everything was working as it should.

The price I was quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged.
