John was quick to respond, came on the same day for a quote and our door and new motor were installed within one month. (Ours was a smaller custom size, so we had a slightly longer wait time for the door to be made.) Quick and painless install - garage looks great and everything was done as promised. I would highly recommend ONC and John to anyone.
