Dave and his crew did a terrible job on our kitchen renovation. Not only could they not show up reliably, they were completely unorganized and most of the work needs to be redone. Did not do proper work permits. Left us hanging and left many of his subcontractors hanging for money. It was a completely terrible experience that I hope no one else needs to repeat. The house was left in a dangerous and dirty state on a regular basis. Was promised the job would take 2 months and we end up firing him after 5 months and many weeks of not showing up.

Hired Dave at aok construction to install gutter guards on one story house. Paid him 675 to buy gutter guards eariy sept. 2023. After repeated texts which I still have, month later still no installation. Finally just asked him to drop off the guards and I will install them. After repeated texts for another month , asked for my $675 back. It is now Jan 19, 2024 and no money. Very poor, totally dissatisfied with the owner of this company!

Sloppy, shortcuts, unreliable. Made multiple attempts to fix a simple job not qualified to do. Concrete all over siding, and had to re-paint siding. Had to hire a different contractor to fix their work. Worst contractor weve had so far.

Hired this company to put Versetta Stone and board and batten siding on our house , they never strapped for siding , just into styrofoam, siding came off in spots with the wind and used a tile cutting saw to cut the Stone , had to make 2 cuts on every stone piece cause saw wouldnt cut right through stone ,( rent the right saw ) they started at 10 ish and worked (lol) till 3 ish , when I came home at noon everyday I had to get them to redo what they just did in morning, our siding out front was crooked not straight,, the stone had missing pieces , a lot of stone wasnt secured and the cuts were crooked, after 5 weeks we didnt want them back so hired a reputable company to come and cap windows and doors and they couldnt believe they put up siding before capping was done ? They took us to collections and after I sent pictures and videos and estimates to fix AOks mistakes the collection agency called one day later and dismissed the case against us , Dave nickeled and dimed us every few days for cash for materials he bought but when I asked for receipts he said hed get them to me , never did ! After looking at his pics of jobs done , the house is his so they did their own reviews and the others were related to him and the rentals he did well there rentals they always want cheap jobs done , so bottom line Im 63 years old and I redid everything they did to our house , took all siding and stone off put strapping for siding and rented proper saw to cut stone and it looks beautiful now took me 4 weeks to redo their job of 5 weeks, so steer clear of this company up bless you want a shoddy L job cheaply

Dave and his team have helped me renovate my rental properties over the past couple years. Always great communication and reliable professional work. Also, important to note that pricing is fair and explained before any additional work may be required.

Aok construction did amazing work. They fixed many pre existing issues with home. All work was done well. Any time was an issue encountered they took photos to keep me updated. They were very friendly and professional. Love the look of our home now

I hired Dave to complete multiple renovations in my home. He built me an amazing custom bathroom, fixed a bunch of electrical that my previous contractor screwed up, replaced my flooring and updated my kitchen. He was so patient and he does amazing warranty work. Never had to wait. I highly recommend AOK Construction

Did an amazing job on my homes exterior! My home is worth so much more, I will use them again. They were great with my pets and did a great clean up for me. He even did a couple extras and didnt even charge me. Refreshing
