I ordered a sofa bed. It came on time. Delivery man set it up and opened and closed it quick. When I opened it there is a major flaw in the construction. I notified the company and they sent someone to look at it. They then said parts had to be ordered. Its been four months since we ordered it and still getting the run around. I asked for a full refund and they said its past time to get a refund. Worst customer service ever. Buyer beware. They also only have good reviews on their website. No place to write a review. Gaslighting for months.

They keep postponing the delivery dates to random future days. They have postponed my order 3 times now for more than 4 months (obviously COVID is a great excuse!)

Terrible customer service. Delayed delivery many times for different reasons and when i finally got my sofa it was missing some parts. Was told i will get the missing parts after 1 month. (Maybe / Hopefully)
Will never buy anything from that company again.

Couch was delivered and looked great but after two weeks, the back couch cushions look sloppy and have lost their shape. Also a row of stitches is coming out and when I told the customer service about it, they assured me a replacement was coming. It’s been almost 7 months and nothing. Emails her returned with a message that I’ll just have to wait longer if I want one. Awful. I am selling this uncomfortable poorly made couch as soon as the holidays are over.

I purchased a recliner chair. After receiving it and sitting on it a couple weeks it seemed defective. Did not recline fully and the padded where your legs/feet go was thin and you can feel the wood. I looked online about returns. It said no returns until covid measure lifted and stores open. As soon as they did I reached out and was told, "that's the way the chair is and too bad, you can't return it." I just wanted to exchange it to a more upgraded one and I can't even do that. These people do not stand behind their products and they do not support the customer. I do not recommend and would NEVER buy from them again. I will be telling all my friends and family to share this so no one else gets dubed.
