MarGis came in to complete the work at almost a moment's notice, just a week after we informed them that the quote had been approved. They did high quality reconstruction of our wall and at a competitive rate. They kept me up to date on scheduling and next steps, and seem very responsible and professional.

We had asked for some quotes to switch the paviment around the house. We had grass, uneven stones and trees. It was too cluttered for our kids, they couldn’t play safely and also we did not have a fence.
The best quote was from Margis Construction and also the best time frame to have it completed.
They did an amazing job. They had guaranteed us to be done in a short time frame and it was all completed as promised.

MarGis did a great job on my concrete driveway and walkway.

They explained me how their plan was and the timeline for the job. We had to reschedule once because of the rain but other than that, when the day came all went as planed.

At the end they left the site neat and clean, also the work was perfect.

Margis did my whole reno on the basement and main floor.
Demo the old basement walls, removed the floor and all the appliances.
They insulate the exterior walls, create new walls for 3 new rooms, create 1 complete washroom with 3 pieces, create new kitchen space, they change the plumber on the floor for the new washroom, installed self leveling on the floor, installed Tiles on walls and floor at washroom and laundry, installed hardwood floor on the rest of the basement, mud and paint all the basement.

At the main floor they open up a wall, installed new drywall on exterior walls and ceiling, paint all dining room.
