Margis and their team did a great job, they followed all the architectural details as the insulation, expansion joints, double layer of rebars, anchor bolts... On top of that they did protect all the area with poly and poured the concrete with really good craftsmanship skills. Thanks

Margis did my whole reno on the basement and main floor. Demo the old basement walls, removed the floor and all the appliances. They insulate the exterior walls, create new walls for 3 new rooms, create 1 complete washroom with 3 pieces, create new kitchen space, they change the plumber on the floor for the new washroom, installed self leveling on the floor, installed Tiles on walls and floor at washroom and laundry, installed hardwood floor on the rest of the basement, mud and paint all the basement. At the main floor they open up a wall, installed new drywall on exterior walls and ceiling, paint all dining room. They are really good people to work with, friendly and comprehensive
