The carpenters are very enthusiastic and worked very hard to finish the jobs originally asked and a few extra that came up during the process all on time. They came when they said they would come. They protected the hardwood floor and carpet well and cleaned at the end of a day. They did an excellent job and was very creative in solving a challenge. Oksana was very helpful in organizing the crew. They gave us a few wholesale suppliers where we could take advantage of contractor prices. Thank you for all the good and hard work!

I had this company come to do the trim work in my newly renovated basement. They also installed all the door frames and doors. They were polite and on time, did good work, cleaned up and were fast! They came to measure Monday morning, worked 12hr days and were done by Wednesday night! I was impressed!

Guys did very nice work. They were fast abut at the same time they paid attention to every small thing. At the end I couldn’t even imagine that my basement can be that nice. I hired Milyan Renovation to perform finish work on main floor and basement (painting, trim, plastering touch ups, stair staining, & tile grout installation). The team took their time to get the job done right (they did not rush to get to the next job like most other contractors). I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.
