We could not have asked for better contractors, honest and hardworking team. Kasra was a pleasure to deal with and we will be using him and his team for our other housing projects. He helped finished the job in a tight timeline helping us sell the condo resulting in the highest condo sale price for the entire building.

I had several people come to my condo to give me a quote and Kas from IReno was one of them. He was a good guy, not pushy and didn't act like a used car salesman, he was reasonable and provided me with options and advice on what I could do with my place. I initially had quotes for various projects at my place but IReno could do pretty much anything I wanted and after receiving my quote (which was cheaper than the rest), I decided to go with them for all of my projects and I'm happy I did. The work was very well done and my place looks great! Due to not having tools myself, I asked them to do several small jobs which were not included in the quote and they had no issues helping me out. They told me they would not leave until "I was completely happy" and they stuck to that. I changed my mind on a few small things after the fact which they fixed with no questions asked, additionally there was a manufacturers issue with the toilet they installed and they came back to fix that as well. Overall I was very happy to go with Kas and Marco from IReno, they are straight forward guys who don't try and pull the wool over your eyes, they even sent me a Christmas Card. Highly recommended!

Kas and his team, (Marco, Mike, Mo, Kevin and Silvana) completed the renovation of the master bathroom in our condo at the end of 2018.

They took the room down to the studs —which also needed to be replaced to meet the building code— they cleared the space and took away the debris over two days, while keeping the surrounding spaces as clean as possible.

The reno included construction of a curbless shower, new toilet, double sink with a single vanity—intended to accommodate a future wheel chair. They also built and installed a tall IKEA cabinet to replace the linen closet we gave up to accommodate the shower.

The work was excellent from top to bottom, everyone was focused on doing the best job they could, were polite, hard working and pleasant to have in our home. I am very pleased with the new bathroom, its beautiful and more important will meet our present and future needs. The job was on budget and completed in a time that was fully satisfactory to me.

Our bathroom was in need of updating and we decided that we would do a complete overhaul: bathtub, shower, vanity, toilet, and flooring. We received estimates from several contractors, and eventually decided to hire iReno. Marco and Kas defined the scope of the project clearly, including timing, payment schedule, and responsibilities. We dealt primarily with Marco, but his entire team was always approachable and did everything they could to make our renovation a success . It is clear that the iReno team takes pride in doing a good job. Throughout the project we felt that we were treated fairly and with respect, and we are very happy with the results of the hard work of the iReno team. We would not hesitate to use their services for future renovations.

I live in Brampton and my home is 9 years old after deciding to modernize the home and to do full house renovations I chose to go with IRENO . That was the best decision I ever made . The project consisted of a full basement with 1 bedroom finish including a kitchen and full washroom and a laundry room . On the main floor of the house we did pot lights and also renovating the powder bathroom . The kitchen was also done with stone countertops . Upstairs the 3 bedrooms were changed from carpet to laminate . A full separate laundry room was also built upstairs . The main washroom. Upstairs was changed from bathtub to custom stand up shower with a superb finish . The master bedroom shower was also changed to a bigger and custom stand up shower . Also pot lights were added to both showers . Counter tops in both bathrooms were also changed to stone with new sinks and focets . The whole house was also painted which brought more life into the home . All lighting fixtures in the bathrooms upstairs were also changed . All the electrical work that was done in the home was with a certified electrician whom provided certificates of all the work done in the home . Also I was referred to a company to do the front and side and also the backyard of the home with aggregate concrete with bullnose stairs . The fence was also painted by IRENO services . Everything that was done in the home was with expert detail . I am very pleased to have worked with Marco and Kas in renovating my home . Very close attention to detail is done by these guys the design on my basement with my feature wall was done very precisely and very modernized . Overall I’m very happy that i chose IRENO to complete the work in my home . I can go on and on about how happy I am with their service and I have already recommend them to friend and family to get work done in their home . Their communication and organization is very well handled . Marco and Kas And their crew members they all are very hard workers and overall a good set of people . Having them in my home has been a pleasure and I will miss them seeing them here working hard and communicating with me in my home . All being said these group of men are no doubt the best and the most respectful contractors I have ever dealt with . I will use them in my future renovations and I highly recommend that you do too . After meeting with several contractors we decided to work with iReno as budget, timing and overall vision for our basement aligned well with Kas, Marco and team. The entire basement reno, including some demo, framing, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing and full bathroom, was completed in approx. 6 weeks. The entire team was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The crew was self maintaining removing all garbage and debris throughout the course of the reno. One thing that seemed to separate iReno from some of the other contractors that I meet with, was that Kas's quote held true throughout the entire job. There was no hidden costs or "nickel-and-diming" over minor changes or additions like adding and extra potlight or two. Also Kas and team were great at taking into consideration my personal opinion and edits I wanted to make during the framing stages. Overall, we feel like our basement has now become a great bonus space the hole family. I would use iReno for future renovations.

We cannot adequately express how amazing this reno turned out. This company does excellent work. We dealt mostly with Marco and found both him and Kaz as well as all of their staff to be friendly, professional and very helpful with advice during this project. We are thrilled with the results. If there was a delay for any reason, such as needing supplies, Marco was great about keeping us informed. They made suggestions about how to save money where that opportunity arose. All of the workers were very considerate of our home and our schedules. We have already highly recommended them to friends. Thank you Marco and Kaz for giving us our dream ensuite and walk-in!
