My wife and I interviewed over 6 contracting companies, and finally decided to hire Kaz and his crew. we had a set budget to complete remodeling our bathroom and kitchen, not only we were satisfied with the overall cost, we were more pleased with the results and the quality of the products. We were taken to a Kitchen showroom and we were given lots of different options, such as (Door Styles, Colors, Grade of cabinetry, counter tops and ect.) the process was easy and stress free, rendering drawings were provided to us which made it much easier to vision the finish product. As far as the bathroom material goes, we were given samples of tiles, faucets, vanities and tubs to choose from - all in all the process was easy and comfortable. we appreciated the time and effort Kaz and his crew invested in explaining the stages of project and were very quick in answering all of our questions.
We are glad that we chose iReno to do our project and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest, dedicated, professional and attention to detail contracting company.

The bathroom renovation was contracted to another company that did poor work, causing minor damage. The sub-contractor measured incorrectly that resulted in poorly laid tiles and finishes. My request to have the strip (see photo) repaired has been ignored.

The parent company is understaffed, resulting in a longer timeline to complete the project.

We wanted to complete our basement in a short time period as we had guests coming from abroad. iReno services did a wonderful job completing the basement on time and budget, we are very happy to have hired them to take on our project

When he came in for an estimate on our basement renovation project we told him that we had a tight timeline to work with as we had to have a move in ready space for my parent’s-in-law immediately. I can say with confident that we certainly made the right call hiring iReno Services. Kas and his crew were awesome, polite and very easy to communicate with, every time we had any questions regarding certain tasks, kas was very clear and properly answered our questions.
The work they did included redoing all the bathrooms in the house, removing a load bearing wall, hardwood, kitchen cabinets and top, painting entire house and upgrading all doors and trims.

Kas helped us design a new layout for our large master bathroom within our budget and incorporating our must haves. No renovation goes smoothly and took longer than quoted. However when we brought up any concerns to Kas & Marco, they went out of their way to address it immediately and to our satisfaction. They renovated two bathrooms bringing the renovation in on budget as quoted. The master bathroom is now our spa and everyone that has seen it has commented on the quality of workmanship and final results. We look forward to working with them again on our next renovation.
