There were a few quality issues with his work, which he agreed, and sent his worker (not him) to rectify the matter. His worker came and left before I was home to review the updates.
When I returned home, I noted the repairs were not all resolved.
Since then, Zsolt has promised, in writing, approximately six times that he would return to fix the incomplete work.
He stopped returning my correspondence in June.
I also had issues with the quality of the paint Zsolt used.
You cannot lean against some walls without it staining the wall with an oily -type stain. Sometimes these stain --from anything, even the brush of a clean t-shirt, becomes a dark kind of burnish on the paint. It's a nightmare in a 2100 sq ft home.
Zsolt does not return correspondence or provide a warranty on his work.
I contacted the paint supplier to help rectify the matter- they have been helpful- they visited my home and noted the paint Zsolt used is low quality. And-they are disappointed that someone that uses their paint so frequently as a professional- is not rectifying the matter.
Zsolt is courteous when you hire him...and his 'style' of painting is good. He works quickly and did an excellent job of adding wallpaper to one wall.
But after close to $10,000, I have to hire another painter to fix all lot of his work. And- he has disappeared.
I had a very good experience with Zsolt many years ago.
This experience ended in disappointed.
Overall -Zsolt does some good work! But his lack of regard for me as a longtime customer and 'disappearing' is what is concerning- hence the star rating provided.
