I called the company on a Monday afternoon. They responded right away and were at my house at 9:00. Robert was very professional and explained everything. He then provided a written quote on Wednesday and the Mold was removed on Thursday. This is exceptional service. For anybody that needs this type of service, I highly recommend them. They were top notch from start to finish.

The contractor discovered a lot of mold in the bathroom wall and did not want to address it. I sent an email to Robert late in the evening and he responded right away. He followed up with a phone call the next morning and at my home within an hour to assess the bathroom walls. He confirmed the presence of mold that needed immediate remediation. Robert came the next day, a holiday, with his worker. They very professional, efficient and conducted the remediation safely. The job was done in 1/2 a day! The basement tile tested positive for asbestos. MLMR remediated it and remove mold. It too was done quickly, safely & efficiently over 2 days. All done to code. I highly recommend Robert and his team of workers.
