IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX A MISTAKE THAT THEY DID - GOOD LUCK! TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF THEM FOR A YEAR (literally)!
We hired them through a reference to paint the entire interior of the house as well as the kitchen cabinets (no doors, no crown moulding, no ceilings)
They quoted us a timeframe of 3 days in Dec 2020 - just before Christmas 2020.
Pros : They finished the work in the quoted time frame and did a great job for the major part of the house (was going to give them one star review but wanted to acknowledge the work on the rest of the house)
Cons :
They ran out of time on the last day and hurried to finish the kitchen cabinets (they left it for the last day) and did a poor job (see pictures). We had finalized on specific paint colours in certain areas of the house and somehow they messed up the colour of our island. When we called them the next day to let them know that they made an error - the owner (Satnam) tried to blame us for giving the wrong colour. When we sent him screenshots of our conversation where the specific colour was stated multiple times, he backtracked and said they'll come fix it in the new year (2021) which we agreed since we did not expect them to work during holidays.
As the year passed by, we tried to get him to come fix the colour and the kitchen errors. We were given multiple excuses like we were told he'd call back today, then tomorrow, then next week. We were also once told "we're coming in 2 days". NOBODY SHOWED UP.
It's now it's 2022 and we feel like we've given them enough time so this review was long overdue. We were very respectful and gave them a lot of benefit of the doubt. I have photos and video proof of their work as well as conversations. We now have to spend additional money on getting the right colour as well as spend time re-painting which is absolutely unacceptable.
BEWARE of this before signing them up!!
