My basement was leaking and my friend recommended Andrew. He took his time to explain everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered, which I really liked and appreciate. Every step was explained and I felt confident in what needed to be done. The pricing was also fair considering the amount of work that had to be done. Overall, I am satisfied and don't have any complaints. Definitely will reccomend Andrew to anyone.

I needed to replace the drain pipe inside my house. My friend recommended A&Y Construction and it was definitely a great choice. Andrew came to do an estimate and right away I knew that I was dealing with a professional. He explained the whole process to me in a way that made me feel confident in what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. His workers got the job done in 2 days, which I think was amazing considering the amount of work, while keeping the place clean and tidy. I really have no complaints and would definitely recommend A&Y Construction Group for any job. I am planning to do waterproofing in the spring and will definitely call on Andrew again.

We are very pleased with the work A&Y Construction group did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix a wet/damp basement. When Andrew initially came over to do an estimate, he explained all of our options and went through the whole process, step-by-step. We felt like we made an educated, confident decision with this project. Once the work started, Andrew and his team of workers were very courteous and were super efficient...we couldn't believe the things they were capable of doing and how quickly they managed to complete everything! Andrew communicated during the whole process, making sure all work got completed as outlined in the contract and discussed if any issues came up. At the end, Andrew came to inspect all of the work and assured us that if anything comes up to let them know.
We had to empty a clogged rain barrel that was full right by the house (this wall had a lot of problems, we always had water in the basement when it rained) because it was impossible to move...our basement was bone dry! Now we're waiting for heavy rains to hit, but we're confident our wet basement woes are gone for good! Thanks again for all of your work, A&Y Construction Group!!!!

Excellent service. Made us a priority to get an inspection and quote -- but were quite forthright in telling us nothing was wrong-- except that we should monitor the area. They could have fleeced us but didn't. Free quote means just that. Thank you for the peace of mind.

The guys installed BWV and changed drain line. They did it very clean and good! They use professional tools and the team is friendly and communicatif! I recommend this team to everyone! Thank you very much guys!!!

These guys are great! I contacted them because of a recomendation from a friend. From the time they arrived to the end of the job, they were awesome! Andrew investigated and diagnosed the problem of a broken clay weeping tile, explained the job and what had to be done. They excavated and replaced everything, hooked up a new clean out trap and cleaned up everything to the tee. Its hard to believe they were even there. Our landscaping is still there, minimal mess, these guys really put in the effort.
