Canada Appliance Repair

I'm a landlord with several properties in Toronto and outside of town. I normally troubleshoot my tenant appliances when they fail and more often than not I simply replace them with another used applianced I find on Kijiji.

In one instance the dryer was a very specific size and it couldn't be replaced that easily. It was also located in a very old victorian with 5 apartments. the basement entrance was very small, so this model was the perfect fit to suit such a large building. The dryer wasn't drying and I decided to call another landlord I knew for a referral. He recommended Taras.

Taras was cool. came by, explained the faulty element issue and ordered the necessary part. He came back the next day (on time) and installed the part. He was professional and offered his advice if I ever ran into another problem that I couldn't fix myself.

Well, since then, Ive called Taras at least 3-4 times, and each time he returns my call and provides me a lot of good advice over the phone.

The last time I called (yesterday) Taras had an answering service set up. I am happy to see his reputation is growing for the great service he provides. Keep up the great work Taras!
