Niagara Countertops

Ordered a countertop for my outside kitchen. Was amazed on how efficient Michelle and her team were! They took such care. I believe they are under new management, the level of customer service they provided was outstanding. 10/10 will be recommending.

Beware! Ordered counter tops for my kitchens And two vanities. They came in and measured with a laser templating machine. Every measurement I signed off on was incorrect when install came. The installer even showed me his correct template. But the stone was fabricated and cut incorrectly. They had to bring 3 pieces back to the shop to fix. Upon leaving I noticed a large crack in my counter that was obviously repaired (Poorly). After they finished installing For the second time, they asked for payment , I pointed out the damaged top, and numerous areas of poor craftmenship. The installer told me that the shop was aware of the damage . Meanwhile they were trying to take full payment from me. Needless to say this company is a joke . The manager Larry informed me that he would just apply a very large discount on the counter rather then making it right and remaking the top. Don’t waste your time and money. Dishonestly and completely unprofessional

Order counter top 3 men came in to measure small kitchen.They used a machine to scan surface and measuring tape.First counter came 11 feet men could not carry.Mentioned I wanted solid but paper work said split. Again 3 workers show up at my home one guy could not lift.
Refused counter because not cut right.Second counter comes workers spent most of the time in truck.Installer tells me there is not enough space around the sink to anchor sink.He showed me where stone cutter made mistake.I did not mind the wait but the quality of work not right:I did not want your company in my home again so.Quality control is recommended in your factory.Good luck and have a good new year.

WOW! The women at the Welland location are so helpful and taught me everything I needed to know about counters and getting ready for the installation. Duncan and Rocky came to measure and did the install today....they are very professional and friendly. I trusted them completely being in my home. The counter looks amazing and they cleaned up so well afterwards. I will recommend this company again and again....fantastic work...I couldn't be more impressed. Thanks so much!!!!

Buyer beware. This countertop provider will take your money, make promises then leave you in the dark.

We entered into an agreement for 40+ linear feet of countertop in early May 2017 and did not receive the installation until mid July 2017.

The company never communicated with us unless we phoned first. They did not offer solutions so that we could return to a functional kitchen. 9 weeks without a sink!

In the end, the product was good but the project management was terrible! If timelines for a kitchen renovation matter to you, I recommend that you choose another company.
