After nothing but problems, they finally delivered all my appliances. Issue was that the fridge had a massive dent. They’re saying that since I didn’t tell them about the dent within 7 days, I’m basically out of luck. Here’s the thing, they didn’t deliver all my appliances on the day they said they would as they messed up the delivery. It took more than a week to get the rest of the items delivered. I had an installer lined up for the original date, but as not everything was there, it was pushed back to suit his availability and the delivery of everything. Now, they have the nerve to imply that I damaged it. Avoid this junk business.
