I just want to replace a corroded tub drain and I thought it could be a DIY project. After using different tools and loosing the drain.....ended up with a twisted and melted PVC pipe underneath the tub. (Builder, you did a good one!). I called the service about 3:00pm and they came about 6:00pm. Located the position on the ceiling and opened the ceiling, cut the drain using saw , replaced the tub drain and one piece of PVC pipe under the tub. Two plumbers worked on it until 8:00pm and they are very professional and gentle. Very competitive price as my understanding! I appreciate.

Kerem and Mike first came to our house a few weeks ago to fix a leaking faucet in our soaker tub. Unfortunately, the faucet was beyond repair. He suggested we order a new faucet and asked us to email him the one we chose to ensure that it would work with the current layout of the tub. When it arrived, there were no issues booking him to come back to install the new faucet. It was not an easy job for several reasons. First they had to remove the entire tub to install new shut off valves and flex hoses. Also, the tub was difficult to remove, but they worked very hard, without complaint. They are truly a team and great problem solvers. The process was much more complicated and laborious than anticipated, but they finished the job, flawlessly, and on the same day! Despite coming out on a Sunday, both days, and working far past the anticipated completion time, their price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

HTO was fast to respond to our original request and this was followed by a timely arrival the next day to do the work. Andrew is friendly and did a fine job. Full marks!

My toilet was sticking after flushing and the water continued to run. My handyman came twice but was unable to fix it. HTO send Andrew who suggested replacing the tank flushing mechanism. There was a small issue that needed further attention but Andrew returned the same day I called to fix it. Working perfectly now. Recommended. John. Toronto

The plumber determined the problem quickly and replaced the part promptly. HTO plumbing was very professional and courteous from the initial telephone call to the end of the service appointment.
