Kerem took my call on a Friday afternoon. He was very polite and professional . He arranged for one of his staff to be at my home promptly. The plumber determined the problem quickly and replaced the part promptly. HTO plumbing was very professional and courteous from the initial telephone call to the end of the service appointment. I highly recommend HTO plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Marie staged my home for resale. She did so in a timely fashion and my home sold for the asking price rather quickly. She paid great attention to detail and her work was exceptional. As a busy mother I just didn't have the time to take on another project. Marie worked quickly and efficiently. All I had to do was remove extra clothes from closets,pack away family photos and nicnacs. Marie did all the work and it looked so beautiful for the open house.I highly recommend Marie's services if you are selling your home and just need to freshen it up for resale.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Consult with a professional home stager if your home is for sale.It really makes a difference. A professional home stager knows design and scale. After having my home staged we got the illusion of space in rooms and entryways that seemed small.A professional stager knows all the little tricks that decorators don't know. Where to place furniture to maximize space without making a room look bare. A homestager will also know how to hang artwork,paint,and furnish your home to bring out it's full potentiality. This really helps with selling your home quicker without taking on full renovations. This is one job I would outsource it is too difficult and stressful a job to take on as a DIY (do it yourself).
