Laura is a fantastic administrator and is literally there for you every step of the way, with quick responses & great ideas! We let Laura hold our hand and followed her suggestions and we have had so many compliments on the contemporary style of our pool & special features she helped us choose. Laura & Aaron are both there for you (even when we had to have a late night call) and are both extremely understanding & friendly. Aaron & his crew were timely, reliable, professional & built us a pool to be extremely proud of for years to come! Thank you Aaron & Laura for your impeccable customer service and more importantly, truly caring about your clients, their finances and their enjoyment and happiness with your final product. We haven't been out of the pool since you left our backyard!

The transformation of our backyard has been amazing. It started when we first met with Aaron and Laura to discuss pool reno options. They were immediately able to give us a vision that we would not have come up with. Their design ideas and suggestions were only the start. Once the work began the transformation was incredible.  Aaron’s team is hard working, reliable, and dedicated until every fine detail is complete. Steele pools was great. Very profession, detailed work and quality workmanship. Also, on time and on budget. They were an overall pleasure to deal with. Aaron was always available to come by and help or answer a question on the phone, which was great for a first time pool owner. He never got annoyed and helped solve all problems. It was an absolute pleasure. With all dealing with contractors, it is great to deal with someone who comes when they say they will and will finish the project they quoted as they quoted. The end result was also gorgeous. Great quality work by great people.

Precise, hardworking, punctual, calm, professional, patient are just few words to describe Aaron and his work. Coupled with Lauras professionalism, great communication and customer service they make a team that provides service that I have not even closely experienced in any contractor. They went over and above to finish our pool in time and as per plan.

Aaron is the most honest and dependable contractor we've met! Don't be fooled with other companies that sub-contract or larger organizations that push pools. Trust me and go with Aaron as you won't be disappointed as you get what you pay for! I refer him all the time as the quality in the workmanship is impeccable!

We decided to renovate our backyard this summer, and as we have a fairly small space, we were not sure if a pool would even be possible, even though it was definitely part of our vision of our ideal backyard. Aaron suggested an L-shaped pool design to maximize our space given the shape of our yard. It is stunning and makes use of our space perfectly! Right from beginning, Aaron was creative, solution orientated and proactive with any matters that came up. He was also always incredibly polite, patient when explaining things and answering our questions, highly professional while on our property and meticulous and diligent in his work. There is an integrity about him that I have not seen in other contractors and because of this, I knew Aaron was someone whom I could truly trust with our job. Never throughout the process did I doubt that Aaron was doing his best work possible for us, and because of this, my mind was at ease whenever Aaron and his crew were on our property.

Laura was/is equally amazing. I have never before experienced such quality in terms of communication and customer service. Whenever I had a question, I knew Laura was just an email or phone call away. She was dependable, reliable, personable, prompt, and highly supportive throughout our entire project.

Steele Pools exceeded my expectations in all regards and we absolutely loved having Aaron and Laura as part of our renovation team this summer.

I could not be happier that I chose Steele Pools to construct my pool this summer. Aaron showed his commitment to our project by being punctual and working diligently and precisely, every day that he was on our site. Laura was equally phenomenal from the customer service/communication side of things. Her updates as the work was progressing were thorough and informative. She also went the extra mile to do her best to keep our entire backyard project running as smoothly as it could from start to finish (both the pool construction, and the landscape work which was done by another company.)
