Steele Pools

We decided to renovate our backyard this summer, and as we have a fairly small space, we were not sure if a pool would even be possible, even though it was definitely part of our vision of our ideal backyard. Aaron suggested an L-shaped pool design to maximize our space given the shape of our yard. It is stunning and makes use of our space perfectly! Right from beginning, Aaron was creative, solution orientated and proactive with any matters that came up. He was also always incredibly polite, patient when explaining things and answering our questions, highly professional while on our property and meticulous and diligent in his work. There is an integrity about him that I have not seen in other contractors and because of this, I knew Aaron was someone whom I could truly trust with our job. Never throughout the process did I doubt that Aaron was doing his best work possible for us, and because of this, my mind was at ease whenever Aaron and his crew were on our property.

Laura was/is equally amazing. I have never before experienced such quality in terms of communication and customer service. Whenever I had a question, I knew Laura was just an email or phone call away. She was dependable, reliable, personable, prompt, and highly supportive throughout our entire project.

Steele Pools exceeded my expectations in all regards and we absolutely loved having Aaron and Laura as part of our renovation team this summer.
