Many thanks to Alex. My kids put a toy in the toilet and it stuck there. Alex responded quickly and fixed it. It wasn’t easy to pull it from there. Thanks a lot for a quick response and a great work. It’s worth to mention that they also come fully equipped during this covid crisis, i.e. wearing gloves, face masks, shoe covers - I really appreciate this!
