My family and I have been loyal customers to Home water for over 5 years. Ben came to pur door back in 2016 and he was the best sales person ever. We even recall inviting him in to join us for dinner. Nadia assisted on the phone and was marvelous as she explained everything thoroughly and even went beyond her time to call us back in the evening. Five stars for quality of filter and 5 stars for customer service.

I received excellent customer service from the Home Water Representative I spoke to. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Ben came by to have a look at our water filtration system and was so kind to walk us through what we needed. He said an associate was going to call to formally set us up and within 10 minutes. Sushanth was the associate who called and he was so kind and thorough. Looking forward to getting our filter.

I was contacted at home by a representative from Home Water who informed me that enbridge will be discontinuing third party billing at the end of the year and that he could offer me a better monthly price and an upgraded unit if I allowed them to bill me direct now. I agreed and was contacted an hour later by the company to set and instalation date and update my payment method. Both representatives I spoke to were pleasant and knowledgeable and we had everything completed in very short space of time.

Weve been with HomeWater since 2012. Very satisfied with our water filtration system throughout the years. Time is up and need new system. Ben (home agent) and Monica (telephone agent) provided very clear and concise information re: update new billing (no longer attached to Enbridge billing), upgrading system, billing schedule, and new installation date. Extremely professional and kind, acknowledging family under the weather and being efficient in timing. Thank you Monica and Ben.

When the auto withdrawal was removed from my gas company bill they hunted me down, in person, to go over my options! Where they managed to save me money and get an upgrade!
I've never had a problem with the water filtration system and my city water now tastes great!

I called HomeWater Contact Centre that I was charged by Enbridge and HomeWater for the month of March. The representative, I was talking with, was very efficient and quick to look into the monthly bill and I was promised to get that reversed in 5-7 business days. I was provided all information clearly and promptly. I woudl say that was a one call resolution.

I call today, the waiting time is unavailable ( 1 minute only) ,Nichola is the best costumer service person, the cost that I paid is responsible. Am with this company almost 7 years. Love it

I was unable to change out my new filter and they have a technician coming out in less than 24 hours to change it. The customer service rep Abhishek was very nice and pleasant I would recommend to everyone
