Service started out rough, even though I gave correct information for billing they were unable to take payment for services. This resulted in daily phone calls, txt messages and emails....after speaking with them 2 times they were still not able to provide me with what the issue was other than my payment failed. I call once again and sternly explained the situation again and Jai professionally kept his cool and resolved the issue in a fairly timely manner. When Jai was not sure, he asked to put me on hold and he worked on figuring it out.
He did manage to figure it out and processed my payment.
