I'm about to move to a house that was previously occupied by tenants and the kitchen needed deep cleaning and the washrooms needed just a regular clean down. They told me there would be 3 people coming to clean and it would take 2 hours. Only 1 lady (Ivanka) showed up and she only cleaned for 3.5 hours when she should have stayed for 4 hours because less people showed up.
If the job was well done, I wouldn't have minded Ivanka leaving early but the kitchen looked like it was not even cleaned at all! There was grease on the backsplash, top of the cabinets, inside the kitchen drawers, and in the dishwasher vent. I had specifically requested for the grease traps to be cleaned and they were not. The oven vents were not touched at all and all the grime was still there - it was so gross. I straight up asked Ivanka about it and she said she didn't have the tools for it - so how is this deep cleaning if you don't bring the right tools?!
When she was done, I checked behind the oven and it was not cleaned at all so I asked her to do that. She said she forgot and was in a hurry to go to her next job. I paid to have my kitchen cleaned, otherwise I could have done it myself. The bathrooms were not that dirty to begin with so I couldn't tell if she did anything or not. I called the boss and he offered me $20 off....that's like nothing?!
I have attached pictures of the post kitchen cleaning. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning and will need to hire someone else to clean the kitchen again. What a waste of money! Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
