For me, this company has done it all: carpets, upholstery, dryer vents, air ducts and fireplace. This year had new furnace and central air installed. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians have been very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

New look did an amazing job! Matty was very professional and friendly. He came back at no cost to get a stubborn stain out of our carpet and it looks so much better now. I really appreciated it. I will call New look again next year for sure.

These guys do a great job. We had our furnace ducts/plenums cleaned recently just as the weather was starting to turn cold. Very professional, personable technician (Jon) who actually takes the time to explain things when appropriate. They have also done the dryer vent/duct cleaning for our strata the last couple of times, and all owners have been happy with their service. Hopefully they can find additional quality employees to keep up with the demand for their services! (Invoice # 74020)

I took a real lambskin rug and a faux lambskin rug in to be cleaned. It was determined that one needed to be dry-cleaned and one regular cleaning. I was given an estimate of the cost and told a timeframe of when it would be available for pickup. They said if they were not happy with the first cleaning they would repeat. I was very pleased with the service and both rugs look great. On previous occasions I have used them for cleaning area rugs and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and great customer service!

Right from booking with Katie our experience with New Look was excellent. Chris our Tech was on time, courteous and carpets were clean.
I had noticed the NEW LOOK van in our gated community quite a few times so decided to try them and glad I did.

New Look called the day before, as promised, to arrange the time of arrival. The New Look Service Technician showed up within the arrival time window and was very professional in his manner and in his work. Everything was cleaned properly and the work area was cleaned up afterwards.

They were very thorough and explained everything through the process. Very courteous and took extra steps to make sure they didn’t leave a mess behind. We Have used them in the past for carpet cleaning but this time it was for AC maintenance and vent duct cleaning
