Jon and Jayden did a very good job of cleaning my vents. Jon was able to fully understand the venting system in my home and therefore the air from the system smells much better. Also, New Look is fortunate have Jon's professionalism and knowledge .

Each autumn maintenance is carried out on 2 gas fireplaces and the 19-year-old furnace. No upselling takes place. On the contrary I was assured the flue ambient was about the lowest that would be expected on a newer furnace. However, I am choosing to look at a new furnace as the current one cannot heat an open area that contains the living room and dining room. It is necessary to use the gas fireplace to bring the temperature up to a comfortable time sitting in the dining room.

This is my second year in a row, I Am not a fan of strangers in my house ... these guys always leave my home with the most trusting vibe and go the extra mile !

Have used this Company 4 times and have never been disappointed. Techs are knowledgeable and very polite. I always have deoderizing and pet stain removal. Highly recommend this company. they can bring up your carpets like new. Well worth the money

The technician, Colby, arrived a few minutes early. Without hesitation, he complied with wearing a mask as I am immuno comprimised (heart attack). Was very personable and provided efficient and thorough duct cleaning and sanitization as well as fixing a dryer tube.

This is the third time in 6 years that we have had New Home Interiors come to our home...and it won't be the last!

We had the stairs and landing cleaned plus a separate carpet and I was impressed with the service in terms of punctuality, professionalism, price and quality of service.The person explained what they were doing and how long they would be . Overall pleased and will use again.

My wife and I are highly pleased with the professionalism and efficient service.
Our rug, sofa and chairs look like new.
