New Look replaced my furnace approximately 4 years ago and have been looking after it ever since. When the germicide bulb in my new furnace needs replacing, they come out and do it, when it becomes time to do an inspection Craig conducts it in a friendly and professional manner. The duct cleaning done on the same day done was conducted by their professional and friendly technicians Jon and Chad. When coming into the house they all put on these little blue booties to keep my floors and carpets clean, I appreciate these folks and their prompt and professional customer service that they provide.

I didn't realize anyone cleaned mattresses, so pleased to have the pro's at New Look to freshen up 2 top mattresses & 1 bottom for only $99.99, plus paid for a Sani & stain removal. Jon was so professional & thorough we were so impressed we booked to have our Ducts Cleaned along with Furnace, Gas Fireplace & AC inspected & cleaned. Would recommend New Look Home Services in Chilliwack BC for all your home care needs. Very knowledgeable & will keep track of your services to continuously maintain. They also install new water heaters & furnaces if its that time.

I have used New Look services for many years for carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, gas fire and furnace maintenance and replacement of hot water tank. Never have I been disappointed! I CALLED TO HAVE 2 ROOMS OF CARPET CLEANED. ONE ROOM WAS VERY SOILED AS A SICK ELDERLY PERSON HAD SPILLED A NUMBER OF DRINKS, PUDDINGS ETC ON THE CARPET. CRYSTAL WAS VERY CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL ON THE PHONE AND BOOKED ME IN FOR MY CLEANING ON THE SAME DAY. CHAD CAME AND CLEANED BOTH CARPETS. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, CHEERFUL, AND POLITE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF GETTING THE STAINS OUT AND MADE THE CARPETS LOOK VERY GOOD. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NEW LOOK TO ALL MY FRIENDS. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE AND DONE RIGHT AWAY.

Invoice #68920. Called New Look to get some very 'ground in' stains cleaned out of my couch cushions . Right from the start Chrystal was very friendly on the phone, set me up with a next day appt., and Chad arrived on time and went 'above and beyond' and did a superior job on cleaning my cushions AND the rest of the couch . Fast and very efficient !
Would recommend New Look to my friends or anybody else . Next time I need some cleaning of any sort I'm calling New Look first !

Professional, courteous, clean, reliable......and we absolutely feel like we got our moneys worth!! Just a good company to deal with start to finish and to be honest it was something we were just tossing the idea around. After our estimate on the first job (full duct clean and disinfecting service) we were SOLD.....had the work complete in a timely fashion, was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service so it was no brainer to have them come back to do the furnace. All estimates are complete before giving the go-ahead, we are having our gas fireplace cleaned and serviced in October and our heat pump serviced next spring! We highly recommend New Look and encourage anyone looking to give these folks a call.

From beginning to end this company was awesone. When calling to book the appointment the lady was kind, polite and friendly. They were also able to come just two days later which was awesome as we needed it quickly!
The guys that came to do the job were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process and were very gracious about working around the renovating state of our home.
We also had two areas sprayed with disinfectant and I was told it is eco friendly and can even be ingested!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future.
