Invoice #68920. Called New Look to get some very 'ground in' stains cleaned out of my couch cushions . Right from the start Chrystal was very friendly on the phone, set me up with a next day appt., and Chad arrived on time and went 'above and beyond' and did a superior job on cleaning my cushions AND the rest of the couch . Fast and very efficient ! Would recommend New Look to my friends or anybody else . Next time I need some cleaning of any sort I'm calling New Look first !
