Contacted them to unplug exterior drain - thought it was strange they requested my credit card when placing booking but was assured no charges till job completed. Received quote for work to be done. Upon completion of job, workers advised they didn't issue paperwork & that it would come from office. Received nothing but my credit card was charged for items not listed in quote. Called the office & was told I should have been notified of each charge detail, it would be looked into then someone would get back to me. Never heard back and never received ANY paperwork detailing charges. Have called several times & left messages - no response. Contacted BBB and filed a complaint. This company may be good for commercial accounts but definately not for homeowners. Not a transparent company not above board. If you require service FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

I employed them to come out twice to fix sewage pouring into my basement. Both times they claimed they fixed it. Obviously they are unskilled. Still the sewage pours out any time water is used. On Christmas I called them a third time after they once again failed to fix the problem and was called dude, told I would be charged if they came out and then ignored by Danny the manager and left with a poop smell so strong I could not turn on the heat. So my two disabled brothers, a seven year old, my 15 year old son and the rest of my house went without heat or the use of our water for Christmas and there’s still the smell of crap all over the house. I am currently being ignored still. If they didn’t know how to fix it they should have just said so. They are rude and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!

Tyson is replacing all the poly b pipes in our townhouse complex. Arrived on time completed the job in the time he said he would. Friendly and professional. Extremely pleased with the cleanup as well. He did a great job. Thankyou! Cathy B.

Our 3 unit strata needed some plumbing work done across all units. Most of the work was straight forward but some of it required a lot of extra time and ingenuity. Blue Moon tackled it and got it done quickly and efficiently, and even fixed up some bad plumbing decisions made by previous plumbers. They came when they said they would, got the work done efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be using them in the future!
