windows were installed on the coldest day in February 2119. no insulation was put around windows, now have condensation and black mold on bottom of windows, the frames are wet and swollen. called multiple times with no avail. will never recommend this shoddy company.

SCREENS WERE TO SMALL AND HAD VERY HARD TIME GETTING REPLACEMENTS
THE REPLACEMENTS WERE THE SAME ( to SMALL) house flies getting in by the dozens very dishonest communication with managers !!
The last 2 windows out of 5. They caulked over the old Caulking I let it go but shouldn't have paid them until it was done right !!
Now Caulking is shrinking and looks terrible !! Window quality POOR !! do not deal with this company

For Prestige Windows & Doors store in Peterborough: During 2018, I bought 2 single slide windows, transported and installed them myself. Great windows and best of all they treated me like royalty - even for this low cost purchase. During late 2019/early 2020, I bought custom fit windows and being custom and needing high ladders, they installed these windows. They did an excellent install job. Knowing the high quality of work they do, I should have got them to install the 2 x windows in 2018. Lesson learned on my part. If wondering, I'm currently in process of engaging them for more future work. re: replacement door with window and possible 3 season sun room. Thus.... Happy and Repeat Customer....

We had replaced 21 windows in our house as well as the patio door. Arnold was very professional, recommending the right type of windows for our needs, not pushing for more expensive, but unnecessary ones. He made himself available every time to answer our questions and concerns. We also liked that he manufactures his windows and doors himself, not reselling others. He was very accommodating with the time-frame we needed our windows to be installed. The windows were ready on time, the installation team did their job in a very professional manner, leaving no mess behind. We would definitely recommend Prestige Windows and Doors and use them in the future again.

Arnold gave a competitive and reasonable quote, after a long discussion about the different types of windows out there in the market and we loved that they manufactor their own windows, instead of reselling others. Job was completed very quickly and they left our home clean as before they started.
